Alyson started her insurance career in 1992 as an insurance administrative assistant, receiving her Property and Casualty license in 1994. She was a Personal Lines service agent for the next nine years, which included several years as the department manager.

In 2003, Alyson began her Commercial Lines career with Agency Associates, Inc., a well established independent insurance agency. Her knowledge, management skills and hard work resulted in her promotion to Commercial Lines Manager. In November 2008, Agency Associates, Inc. was acquired by Brown and Brown of Indiana. While a Brown and Brown employee, Alyson has received her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation along with her Indiana Accredited Customer Service Representative (IACSR) designation. Her role at Brown and Brown has become that of a Team Leader. As attested to by departmental growth and retention, her team has established a high standard of service, which is represented by all members.

Alyson resides on the West side of Indianapolis. She has two children and is an avid fundraiser for Riley Children's Hospital. She enjoys riding her motorcycle in her leisure time.
