Melissa Brim joined Brown & Brown of Indiana in April 2008 as a Commercial Account Manager. She graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Political Science - Latin American Studies, fully intending to become the first female dictator of an obscure Latin American country. Fate had other plans for her and she landed in the insurance industry beginning her career as a temp at College Life. She then moved into customer service with a small personal lines agency and then moved on to commercial lines.

Melissa came to Brown & Brown from Wausau Insurance where she worked 4 years in Commercial Property Underwriting and 17 years in sales as an Account Service Representative. Melissa holds a Property/Casualty and Life/Health Agent's license and an INS certificate. She is pursuing completion of her CPCU designation.
