Penny is a Commercial Service Agent. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Her work experience includes servicing several premium large hotel accounts in Indiana and surrounding states as well as individual hotel accounts. She has additional expertise with Franchised Auto & Motorcycle Dealerships as well as Contracting & Real Estate Development Accounts. Her philosophy is to give customers the best "Hands on Service" to meet their needs. She is capable of many things however; her ability to provide stewardship reports for large accounts is a great asset.

Penny enjoys time with family and grandchildren and has worked with the Ruth Lilly Hospice Program as a Volunteer and Grief Facilitator. As a member of the National Wildlife Federation and National Audubon Society, she is an avid bird watcher and feeds the many cardinals and blue jays at her home.
